question The Mayor's Office of Special Events (MOSE) provides Chicagoans and visitors with twelve months-a-year of family style entertainment, by producing and promoting free festivals and city-wide holiday celebrations.  You can find out more about special events by calling their hotline, 312-744-3370, or by visiting their web site (www.cityofchicago.org/SpecialEvents).  They offer information about events for kids and families.  You may also contact them to receive information on kid friendly places in the City, such as Navy Pier, the Lincoln Park Zoo, the Museum of Science and Industry and others.
