question If I want to volunteer my time to work with kids, where can I apply?
question Mayor Daley's "Be There for Kids, I AM!" campaign offers everyone a chance to volunteer to work with kids.  Simply call the City's non-emergency hotline phone number, 311, or call 312-746-8545, and ask to participate in the "Be There for Kids, I AM!" campaign.  Let them know that you want to volunteer.  You will receive contact information for the nearest Youth Net to your home.  Youth Nets are organizations that are responsible for informing citizens of youth programs in their neighborhoods.  Each Youth Net is responsible for connecting volunteers with youth programs that need their help.  We encourage you to get involved today.
